At Cats N Coats, we believe our customers come first! If you would like to exchange or refund your purchased item please reach out to our team and they will guide you if

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
• All products purchased from Cats N Coats can be exchange within 14 days of purchase only. 
• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to contactus@.com or by calling at +1 431 293 2333.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash but in the form of a “coupon’’. If your items meet the required criteria our Customer Services agent will issue you with a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time usage only. You may choose to use this “coupon’’ in the instance of an exchange where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount. 

Credit card transactions refund policy:  If you have paid for your order by credit card, and it qualifies for a refund, the same amount will be returned to the credit card used for the order. 

Order Cancellation: 
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. 

Cats N Coats has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item is out of stock, item found as defective in quality control or the credit / debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Refunds: If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
